Sumitomo SHI FW showcases the NZEE Program at the Hydrogen Summit & Expo in Tampere

Sumitomo SHI FW (SFW) will participate in the Hydrogen Summit & Expo, one of Northern Europe’s leading events dedicated to the hydrogen value chain. Taking place in Tampere on January 14–15, the event brings together industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers to explore hydrogen’s role in the clean‑energy transition.

SFW will spotlight its Net Zero Energy Ecosystem (NZEE) Veturi program throughout the event. Visitors can learn about the program’s goals and innovations at SFW’s booth (E152) at the Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre, as well as during a dedicated presentation on the event’s H2 Horizons stage.

NZEE Program Lead Stefan Nygård will present on Thursday, January 15, from 11:35 to 11:55 on the event’s H2 Horizons stage. His talk, “Building a Net Zero Energy Ecosystem – Sumitomo SHI FW’s Veturi Program,” will explore how NZEE is advancing integrated solutions for sustainable fuels, resilient power systems, and sector‑coupled energy production to support a post‑fossil future.

SFW’s presence at the event is supported by a cross‑functional team: Teemu Nevalainen, leader of the NZEE Program’s Focus Area 1: Sustainable Fuels; NZEE Program Coordinator Inka Kianto; Frank Ligthart and Christopher Heikkilä from SFW’s Circular Carbon business; and Polla Esguerra from SFW Marketing & Communications.
